DELIVERY
 FREE UK DELIVERY. TYPICALLY 2-3 DAYS* BUT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS *not including weekends or bank holidays. Please remember that each item is handmade and delays are possible. We will contact you via email if this occurs.

We can ship to the rest of the world but shipping will be paid by buyer. For shipping prices please send us a message using the contact form below.

RETURNS
 Items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return & send it back to us within 14 days of your order being delivered. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
We don't guarantee that we will receive your return items so please keep your receipt as proof of postage. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit note will automatically be applied to you via email. Personalised items can not be returned so please ensure that all spellings and sizing are all correct at the time of ordering. If you notice in error once ordered please contact us immediately and we will try our best to rectify the error.

FAULTY 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@zizinays.com
